Following a sustained period of growth for the company, Matt Fletcher has joined the team at Optix Solutions as Digital Marketing Manager. This appointment will ensure that we continue to delight, support, and engage our clients and enable them to meet their digital marketing objectives.
Matt brings a wealth of marketing experience with him to the team, across multiple disciplines including brand & digital strategy, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Having worked within in-house teams for much of his career, Matt understands the importance of showcasing actionable insights and providing key deliverables to ensure a results-driven approach to his work. As part of a previous in-house role, Matt worked closely with the team at Optix as a client to deliver a digital marketing strategy and this will enable him to provide a unique perspective and empathetic approach to client projects now that he is working with the team on the delivery of this work.
The majority of Matt’s career has been spent within the travel and leisure sector, in particular working for marketing teams that operate in the self-catering accommodation space. Before joining Optix, Matt had been leading the brand marketing strategy and championing an integrated, multi-channel campaign approach for two well-known national self-catering holiday brands in the UK. Recent highlights include developing and managing brand strategies, project managing TV advertisement shoots with accompanying digital marketing campaigns, and working on large-scale, cohesive sponsorship opportunities.
