We are delighted to announce that we have been featured in Campaign’s Best Places to Work, for the second year running. Last year Optix were ranked at number 59 and this year we have been included at number 25 out of the top 100 agencies in the country.
A joint effort by Campaign and Workforce Research Group (WRG), the Best Place to Work award celebrates employers that have created healthy and enjoyable environments for their staff. It is open to all publicly or privately held organisations, with at least 15 full time staff in the UK, within the ad, media and marketing industries.
Part one of the assessment (20% of each organisation’s score) is calculated from WRG’s Employer Assessment (EA), used to collect information about each employer’s benefits, policies, practices, and other general information. Part two of the assessment (80% of each organisation’s score) is taken from a confidential Employee Feedback Survey, which is used to evaluate the employees’ workplace experience and culture. The combined scores then determines who is included in the top 100 and the final rankings.
WRG’s workplace assessment experts ranked the winners in the different size categories: boutique – up to 25 UK employees; small – 25-49 UK employees; medium – 50-199 UK employees; and large – 200 or more UK employees. Optix were the 11th highest ranked boutique agency.
