Following the completion of my Journalism degree in 2020, I worked within the local press as a multimedia journalist and engagement lead. Navigating this fast-paced environment allowed me to hone my skills in content creation, copywriting, and even the art of podcast creation.
I then ventured into the world of marketing, taking the position of Social Media Manager within a higher education setting. As a self-confessed social media nerd, I possess a keen eye for trends, data and strategic planning.
The prospect of collaborating with Optix to support a diverse clientele across social media and broader digital marketing is extremely exciting.
Outside of work, you'll likely find me walking the shores of a Devon beach with my cheeky 10-month-old puppy, Dwight (who may occasionally make an appearance in the office).
