Thirsty Work is the UK’s leading supplier of water coolers, and with a solid presence in the southwest and Optix as their trusted SEO partner for over five years, they’re going from strength to strength. As part of our regular strategic review, an exciting opportunity for growth was identified that would capitalise on the SEO performance we’ve driven to date, also taking advantage of favourable market conditions. They asked us to help them expand into new locations, increase organic traffic and boost conversion rates, supporting their overarching marketing strategy.

Thanks to existing great relationships and our previous knowledge of the brand, we were able to hit the ground running. Starting with an analysis of current site health, we made technical recommendations based on best practice to ensure solid online foundations on which to build. As part of this, we oversaw a complex migration of the existing website to a new platform. This was managed efficiently so that any unavoidable short-term repercussions were managed and mitigated.
Our relationship with Thirsty Work continues to go from strength to strength, and they’re thrilled with the results that we’ve been able to achieve for them. Once the new website went live, growth followed quickly. They’re now reaping the rewards of investing in a strategic digital marketing partnership, with a 130% increase in organic traffic and a 140% increase in new organic users to the site.
We continue to manage their SEO on an ongoing basis, and thanks to the strength of our performance the scope has expanded to include Paid Search and Conversion Rate Optimisation, too. Reporting monthly, we also schedule regular check-ins along with quarterly and annual reviews to take it back to more strategic conversations when needed.
