We began working with Tozers in June 2019 as they began the process of rebranding and re-setting their Digital Marketing strategy. They felt that their online presence did not reflect who they were as an organisation and wanted our assistance to identify digital opportunities to increase awareness of their brand, their expertise, and the ways in which they are able to support their clients.
We reviewed Tozers’ previous marketing activity, analysed their competition and the marketplaces in which they operate both locally and nationally. From this we put together a Digital Strategy and a 12 month Digital Marketing Roadmap in collaboration with their internal Marketing team. The Digital Strategy was created to help them to focus in their Digital Marketing activity on the elements which will provide them with the best return on their investment and support their wider goals as a business.
Working with Tozers’ new brand identity we designed and built a new site with a design which reflected who they are as an organisation. The new site is faster and easier to navigate with a more user friendly back end.
Our Digital Marketing team was involved in the development of the new site to ensure that it was structured in a way that ensures Tozers can get the most from it, as the centre point of their digital marketing activity.
Part of the work on the new site was a focus on improving user journeys and highlighting informational content to users which helps to increase conversions. The ‘How can we help’ enquiry tab enables visitors to quickly and easily get in contact and the People section highlights the people who make Tozers one of the best law firms in the country.
